A Look at January 11th 2019 at Elysium Cabaret

I stood nude, all my glory exposed, willowy arms resting alongside full hips, my head slightly tilted back in ecstasy as my slaves dobbed water off my silken skin with velvety soft chamois towels. How glorious to have so many devoted slaves to attend my every whim! And none of them were force-collared, each one had crawled to my feet and kissed my polished toenails, begging my collar as they proffered their submission. Now they massaged jasmine oil into my delicate, dewy flesh, enveloping me in the intoxicating fragrance. One of my boys that I called Sach fed me fat blueberries whilst another called Zeb brushed out my long mane of golden-kissed sienna tresses. He set about curling my thick, silken cascade of hair into an opulent coiffure, pinning diamond-crested pearls in here and there, and clipping in drapes of fresh jasmine interwoven with more diamonds and silver. Meanwhile, my hunky boy called Sannon painted my nails, his strong fingers massaging my hands and knuckles first then applying tiny diamonds to each pinky nail.

My boy that I called Ci swathed me in the most elegant form-fitting gown, iridescent in colour, shimmering lightly as it changed colour in changing light, the fine fabric woven from the webs of 10 million spiders. The fabric was translucent and so filmy yet super strong. It clung to my delicious curves like the skin on a grape, with sheer panels that attached at my shoulders, flowing down behind me as I walked, forming a wispy train. The finishing touches came from my sweet boys Wiamonte and Diz, who adorned me with jewels, earrings, necklace, bracelets and rings plus one ring for my left tiny toe. I stepped into waiting heels, then extended my arms as two more of my darling boys, Moke and Stelvis, helped me into my waiting lectica. I reclined back on the opulent over-stuffed pillows as my boys picked up the poles of my litter and hoisting my vehicle onto strong shoulders, we set off for Copperhead Road, the place to be on a Friday night. The Empire Room held the promise of a fabulous show with lots of excitement, laughter, great food and drink, and of course fun and friendship. Elysium Cabaret would be performing and I did not want to miss it! This was my relaxation each week, my chance to connect with other people.

I sighed contently as I peered out from behind the curtains that shielded me from mosquitoes, sunlight and prying eyes. Up ahead, I could see the red carpet being rolled out as they prepared to receive royalty. My boys were so muscled that my slight weight was barely noticeable to them, even with the weight of the litter. They stepped up their pace and then gently lowered my lectica to the red carpet. I could see Paul and Jilley inside, waiting to greet me with a warm welcome, a deep curtsy, and a glass of champagne. I could hear DJ Corri’s tunes, which were already giving me dancing feet, as she announced the next song was dedicated to HRH Pea (Her Royal Highness… you should already know this). Sach extended a hand to help me up. He smiled, lips parting as he adoringly said, “Welcome to the weekend, m’ Pea.” I trained all my boys to call me that.

Suddenly, Sach grabbed both my arms and squeezing a bit, started shaking me. “What are you doing,” I frowned. “Stop that!” I growled at him, “Have you lost your mind? Unhand me at once!”

“Wake up, WAKE UP!” It was Wiz’s voice, not Sach’s. I groggily peeled open my eyes. I was sitting out back in the litter. Literally… the dumpsters behind the club and the trash that had spilled out. Wiz had a grip of my arms and was shaking me. “You need to wake up! It is time to get ready for the show!”

“OH GAWD,” I groaned. “I must have passed out. I was out here smoking a hooter and hitting the Baileys… I don’t remember a thing, except I was having the best dream ever!!!!”

“Never mind all that,” he huffed, yanking me to my feet. He then gave me two lashes with his feather duster crop thingy. “Get in there, change your tag, and clean yourself up, be quick about it! It’s showtime!!”

OH MY GAAAAAAAAAAWD! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO….

I just wanted to go back to sleep, and cuddle up with ma boys. And who could blame me for that! BUT the show must go on, and on it did! We will have a look at it after we bestow this week’s Golden Tweezers Award! Our winner tonight is a duet between NARA and PAUL! CONGRATULATIONS NARA AND PAUL! You two are such bad influences on one another.

[17:40] nara1 holds Corri’s inventory grinning evily … hides it under the dj booth, in a large, dark hole. Then innocently says .. “poor Corri”
[17:41] Paul Woodrunner: nara you are already on Double Secret Probation
[17:42] nara1: Yes Sir .. ummm here are some more feathers for your .. ummmm thingie pouch. *smiles sweetly*

I want to know what the Double Secret Probation is? Someone post in the comments and TELL!!!!

Now, let’s look at this show, which was fanfriggentastic! Thank you Elysiums for bringing your talent and visions to the Elysium stage each week, absolutely brilliant productions!

Jilley
With Paul and Ant
I’m A Ruler – Ruby Amanfu
Jilley WOWed and amazed us with this total mind-blower, fabulous set, outstanding choreo, and her costume was to die for! Plus… THE GUYS *swoons* OMG! Jilley also generously told me I could touch her ass *double swoons* I mean, DAYUM it is as fantastic as her set! She really does rule!

1. Why did you choose this song to create a dance to? What was your inspiration?
My inspiration was the set…I had it built months ago. The outfit was made and I had picked a song to go with it, but changed my mind. And got sick of looking at that set up on my platform so thought I better find a song 🙂

2. What does this dance mean to you? Is it a bit of fun, or is there a deeper meaning?
Just fun! … and the materials on my outfit looked cool in the lighting….and then of course my two guardians were super hot!

3. Is there anything you would like others to know about your dance?
THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT!!!!

[18:07] Hailie Rodenberger: too late I licked it

Corri
With Sherry and Gracie
Lorri Morgan – My Favorite Things
Corri went soft on us with this touch of delicate beauty, a bit bittersweet as she went from dancing in a shabby environment to a fantasy one of charm and beauty, then finally finishing up back in a dismal reality, but knowing her favourite things sustain her through all the challenges that life tosses our way.

[18:12] Greenie Flanagan: I want to put on a tutu and twirl about the house

Adam

Trans-X — Living On Video
Okay, this was totally darling and such a clever concept as the claw dropped the stuffed toys out onto the floor and they danced for us, even Pac Man getting in on the act!

[18:32] Greenie Flanagan: Taema would be so happy with the width of my tush

Elayn
With Babypea and EvAngelina
FurElise remix
Elayn is just a genius, and that is that. I would love to see this dance every day, an hour-long version would suit nicely, thank you. The effects have to be seen to be believed!

1. Why did you choose this song to create a dance to? What was your inspiration?
This song has always been a favorite of mine and I love all the versions out there. Last year I did a version of it so I guess now it’s a tradition.

2. What were the particular challenges you dealt with when creating this dance?
The biggest challenge was narrowing down what effects I wanted to do. There were so many options! But I’ve wanted to use the one “mirror box” effect for the longest time.

3. What does this dance mean to you? Is it a bit of fun, or is there a deeper meaning?
I guess it means I’m so HAPPY to be on the other side of the holidays!!

4. Is there anything you would like others to know about your dance?
Nah, Just have fun and enjoy it.

[18:39] Elayn: do NOT ask Baby about the shoes. just DONT. LOLOL

Sarah
With Di Fairey and Ginty Bachem
[GMV] Legends Never Die
LOVE this song and Sarah did it up bigtime! What fabulous costumes, the set was outstanding and unique, and the effects were brilliant including a fire-breathing dragon… WOW!

1. Why did you choose this song to create a dance to? What was your inspiration?
As it had an outstanding upbeat when it hit them and as well being a gmv hit 🙂

2. What were the particular challenges you dealt with when creating this dance?
Those swords were murder to get working tho nothing shows how well it will do or won’t do on the day of the show, as the dragon (Big one) bugged the effects of blood from the start.

3. What does this dance mean to you? Is it a bit of fun, or is there a deeper meaning?
Nah was purely fun to make and do, pushing things a little but further than before

4. Is there anything you would like others to know about your dance?
Just do what comes from the mind and heart and it will be outstanding 😀

[17:29] Dear Misfit: love those outfits ginty and di…not yours sarah

Web
With Babypea, Melvis, Ame, Zach, Gracie, Dear, Elayn and Fuki
Halsey – Castle
WONDERFUL song, great sets and costumes, and the choreo with the formations… a must-see! Brilliant choreography and formations with nine dancers. Someone was in tears during the making of this dance, but WOW it was worth it, plus I got to dance with MELVIS *swoons* and it was heavenly!

1. Why did you choose this song to create a dance to? What was your inspiration?
We (Baby and I) had wanted to do this song since first watching the movie Snow White and the Huntsman together and kept putting it off. It has a ton of energy that builds and led to a bad ass concept. It was a great movie too if you haven’t seen it!

2. What were the particular challenges you dealt with when creating this dance?
9 dancers and 2 sets and a lot of patience with Toddleedoo heights and costumes were nowhere to be found for theme and had to be custom done. Thank you Royal for texturing!

3. What does this dance mean to you? Is it a bit of fun, or is there a deeper meaning?
This was a collaboration a long time coming and was put off a few times so that meant that Baby was doing intricate formations and waypoints in a very hot part of her year, spending a lot of hours sitting and beading frustrated while I felt awful! The end result was fantastic, Epic even but tough.

4. Is there anything you would like others to know about your dance?
The amount of work that goes into something over and done in 4 and a half minutes is so unknown to most and this one, most would have chucked it halfway through as it became more challenging. I also broke my leg which meant poor Baby worked while at times I crashed out asleep on her for the pain meds and she picked up all the slack on an act billed to me. I love her though and she knows that! I am so grateful for those who agreed to alter their shapes and worked with me to be our dwarves and of course Melvis, our Charming! We did it again Pea! woohoo!

[18:56] Dear Misfit: the waypoints alone on this would of had me in tears
