Elysium Cabaret’s AHS Theme Show of April 24th 2020

If you love American Horror Story, The Empire Room on Copperhead Road was THE place to be tonight! Elysium Cabaret presented a special themed show featuring acts inspired by the American Horror Story series, and WOW what a night of the most deliciously creepy totally awesome, skin-crawling nightmare-inducing performances! Our visionary choreographers did not hold back, bringing the spirit of AHS to life on the Big Stage, with freaks, nuns, nutters, demons, witches, creepy dolls, ghosts, and all manner of macabre creatures. If it’s Friday, it’s Elysium Cabaret! Fancy some imagination in a fun social setting? In The Empire Room at Copperhead Road, every Friday at 6pm SLT, the dynamic performers of Elysium Cabaret take the stage to bring you a solid hour of entertainment! Featuring elaborate sets, stunning costumes and choreography sequenced to an eclectic genre of music, Elysium Cabaret offers something for everyone.

This Friday, April 24th it’s our monthly theme show, and WOW what a theme we have for you! We will be featuring dances inspired by American Horror Story. So get ready for the strange and unusual… scary and creepy performances on the Big Stage!

Elysium Cabaret’s April 17th 2020 Show

WOW it was another spectacular show from the incredible talent of Elysium Cabaret! Fans, friends, family gathered in The Empire Room at Copperhead Road, warmly greeted by Paul and Morganna. The newly reformed well-mannered DJ Gunner was heating up the crowd with his catchy tunes. The Wiz was backstage, making sure performers were ready and the show was organised. Pea was in the basement, mixing prescription drugs with alcohol. The Black Eyed Peas “I Gotta Feeling” rolled, and the show was on. And what a show it was! Again, every act was just fantastic… this is getting to be a habit! So much talent and creativity from our choreographers, with thanks for sharing their visions. Detailed sets, dazzling costumes, perfectly timed choreography, and unforgettable songs filled the night with enchantment. Plus, a Golden Pea for Bianka! Not to be confused with a Golden Shower, the Golden Pea just means it’s my new fave dance from that choreographer. I don’t know where these people keep coming up with these ideas, but I wish they’d share with a bitch cause I need some new ones. Let’s take a look at some pics from the show. And of course:

Elysium Cabaret’s April 10th 2020 Show

The drama! The excitement! The cuteness! The beautiful! The sexy! The magic! Elysium Cabaret’s show tonight had all that and more. In The Empire Room at Copperhead Road, it was an eclectic night of performance perfection. Every act was fantastic and had it’s own unique spirit. Melvis opened the show with an electrifying burst of colour and energy. Eva then slowed things down and took us to a planet of dreamy beauty. Then Seb brought out the Easter Bunny… well a whole mob of Easter Bunnies. What’s a pack of bunnehs called? A WARREN of Easter Bunnies! Yes, I looked it up. Hella sexy and complete with cotton tails and a sense of humour. Those slippers! Then Kyser brought on the badass and WOWed us with an act that I bestowed a Golden Pea upon, because it is my new favourite Kyser act. Gunner and I then took things to the romantic side of town with a sweet moment of catharsis. Our dearly loved Manager Wiz next took the stage in his masterful choreography style that is uniquely THE Wiz. And finally Miss Sarah wrapped up the show with a magical performance featuring colour-changing animesh dancers that you’d have to see to believe. Finally the party started with Lina at the helm, featuring a dynamic stage, super fun songs, and brilliant choreography to dance everyone together.

What a special night it was! There was nothing unusual in the air, no special occasion, but Elysium’s imaginative choreographers went above and beyond this week, with every act being spectacular! Each act unique and rich. Detailed sets, gorgeous costumes, and mesmerising choreography, every act ‘brought it’ with perfection. Thank you to our hard-working choreographers and dedicated dancers for building some of the finest shows in Second Life. Thank you to our behind-the-scenes staff… Paul, Wiz, DJ Gunner… and thank you to Morganna for helping to greet and welcome our cherished guests. Huge thanks to our devoted audience!
