1. What is your history with dance in SL?
I sat watching Melina for about 6 months, learning listening asking questions, going to shows talking to her about them and then I started to realize how things were done. I took a Burlesque class with her at Lady C’s and made my first set and choreographed it, this it was like a bug and I kept building buying more animations and building sets. Melina introduced me to Seb of MIM and he welcomed me into the group. IT continued on from there. I will say I would not have my start in SL dance if it were not for Melina aka Lina, I didn’t ride her coat tails I did my own thing but she helped me get my foot in doors so people could see if they wanted me to preform there. She believed in me enough to put her name on the line to get me a audition the rest was up to me.
2. What do you enjoy the most about SL dance?
Freedom to build and being able to entertain others.
3. What do you enjoy the least about SL dance?
4. What has been your best experience in SL dance?
Community, the way everyone is supportive, if you have a question or problem everyone will help if they can.
5. Out of all the dances you have done or participated in, which is your fave?
I don’t have a favorite, I feel like each dance be it mine or someone else’s is unique in it’s own way.
6. What message would you like to leave for your fans or the dance community?
I would like to thank each of you for your support, your critiques they have always been helpful and not mean in anyway. I welcome them as it allows me to grow and be a better entertainer. I am proud to be part of this community and family. Thank all the Video people and photographers without you we would not catch the views you do. Thank you all of the fans, without you it would be an empty theater. (ok I think the wrap up music is starting).
7. Anything else you’d like to share?
My favorite quote :
“Ego paralyzes the creative spirit… Let it go and be brilliant!”
