1. What is your history with dance in SL?

My introduction to real dancing in SL was at Ellie’s Burlesque Club on the (former) Viva La Glam sim. I was soon attending every show at each of their 3 venues. A friend started dancing there and I started building sets for her in July of 2011. I soon caught the dancing bug and auditioned my first set in February of 2012. I was hired by Slappy Doobie and Ellie Criss at Virtual Burlesque for the Beautiful Freaks Circus venue. At the time there were not many male dancers in burlesque, and the “Freaks” was the only place for dark and different. Later they opened a new venue called the Asylum and I worked there too. I also MC’d at the Ellie’s Burlesque Club and E&S Burlesque Factory venues.

In August of 2012 I started working for Diva Lilliehook at Orchids until about February of 2013.

In October of 2012 I started working for Cordelia Cerise at Follies and worked there until June of 2013.

In addition to solo shows and being a guest dancer for others, I’ve also worked at the Kit Kat Club and Cabaret and A&M Mocap.

Then I found my new “HOME”. My first set at Elysium was on June 14, 2013.
2. What do you enjoy the most about SL dance?

Everything. Developing a concept, finding the right song, putting together outfits, building, and choreography. I love it all.
3. What do you enjoy the least about SL dance?

I can’t quit my RL job and support myself with SL dancing full time.
4. What has been your best experience in SL dance?

Sometimes my sets have a hidden meaning or a visual pun and I LOVE it when I am directly contacted after the set and someone says “I see what you did there….” I also LOVE it when people just contact me to just tell me what they thought.
5. Out of all the dances you have done, which is your fave?

There are so many dances I’ve done that I am very proud of and pleased with. I would have to say that my favorites are the ones I haven’t made yet. The ideas are there but I’m still waiting on having the right technology, or the time to do them justice.
6. What message would you like to leave for your fans?

Fans? I have fans? Wow. Well, let me know what you would like to see me do. I like challenges.
7. Anything else you’d like to share?

SL dancing is fantastic and I’m glad I found it. It allows me to stretch my imagination, channel my creativity and expand my mind. If it’s something you’d like to try, let me know, we can chat.
