Friday. In The Empire Room at Copperhead Road. Elysium Cabaret! Time for me to regain consciousness and venture out into the Land of the Living. Time for creativity to open it’s curtains and give us a peek inside imaginative, hard-working souls. Thank you all for sharing. And thank you to our dedicated Elysium Team, family and friends, cherished guests… this is the Big Party on the Big Stage, every Friday at 6pm SLT, and what fun we all have together!

Featuring elaborate sets, stunning costumes and choreography sequenced to an eclectic genre of music, Elysium Cabaret offers something for everyone.

We also offer a ‘best of the past month’ matinèe the last Saturday of every month at 1pm SLT, for our friends who can’t make it to our Friday evening shows. See you there!

Elysium Cabaret’s July 17th 2020 Show

It was Friday. I love Fridays. I was sitting in my corner, behaving completely, just sitting with my hands folded neatly in my lap, a little smile across my lips. My eyes sparkled with the thrill of FRIDAY. It wasn’t a metaphoric sparkle, it was an actual bling eye sparkle from 2005. Knowing how annoying bling is, I quickly changed into duller, less sparkly eyes, got a coffee and some aspirin, and started focusing on regaining full consciousness. Because it was FRIDAY! Time for the Big Show! The highlight of my week, on the Big Stage in The Empire Room at Copperhead Road… Elysium Cabaret! My Darlings, my Beauties, my Handsomes! Gathering to share their creative genesis, visual expressions of music that inspired their imaginations to take journeys, journeys that they generously invited others to come along and enjoy the view of moments captured in microcosms of innovative adventure. This is Elysium Cabaret… adventures of imagination, bound by a love of music, shared with cherished guests. Thank you Choreographers for bringing your passion and giving us all a tour of your artistry. Thank you Dancers for your dedication. Elysium Cabaret’s July 10th 2020 Show

It’s freezing in the Land Down Under so it was good to warm up in the heat at The Empire Room on Copperhead Road! YAY for another Friday, another stellar performance by the talented and creative choreographers of Elysium Cabaret. Featuring some of the tightest and most expressive dance performances on the grid, backed up by some of Second Life’s most dedicated dancers, sharing our song and dance visions with our cherished audience of friends and family. There is an Elysium in everyone, as Paul says. In the ‘good news’ department, a certain R.obot was behaving herself! She actually was polishing the statues! I think she deserves some extra oil for her gears for that, it is important to reward good behaviour!

Folies Elysium Sunday, July 5th at 1pm SLT

Elysium is going to Paris! Presenting Folies Elysium!

In the spirit of Folies Bergère, Elysium takes the stage at the elegant Grand Plaza Theater to perform a show that will take you back in time to bygone days of sass and sexy. Back to the times when a peek under a skirt could raise an eyebrow. Elysium Cabaret is proud to return to The Plaza Grand Theater, a spectacular venue in Second Life, hosting a variety of entertainment, shows, dancing, and shopping in an elegant setting. Please join us Sunday, July 5th at 1pm SLT. It is Elysium “Folies Bergère” style! We will be stepping back in time, with acts themed around grand bygone days of cabaret, sass and sexy. We encourage our audience to dress up in late-Victorian costumes or anything vintage as we present a traditional CanCan amongst other specialties for your enjoyment. The show will be followed by a dance party with a DJ happy to spin your requests. Dressing up in costume is not required to attend the show or the dance party after, but if you want to get caught up in the spirit of the event, have fun with it and dress up! In The Empire Room at Copperhead Road, with your hosts Paul and Morganna, DJ Gunner, Manager Wiz, some of Second Life’s most dedicated and creative choreographers, and a bevy of gorgeous, hard-working dancers, Elysium Cabaret offers a show for everyone. From the eclectic genres of music to the elaborate staging, detailed costumes, and tight choreography, our performers bring passion and excitement to share with our cherished audience.
